The first girl looks more neotenous, seems to have no masculine skull, PCT eyes and medium size and softer features.

The second girl has a more masculine oval face, longer skull but I think her biggest flaw is her eyes, she has small eyes which is a dimorphic trait and NCT

It has a good lower third, although its NCT is too visible. If it had at least a neutral cantal tilt it would improve its appearance.
