F1 FACEPULLING

The issue with facepulling as a whole is besides the DONSJOHNS DIAGRAMS (https://web.archive.org/web/2016070...ooksmax-Belt-facepulling?pid=952783#pid952783) from the lookism era, there isn't a SINGLE LEGIT guide that will transform your skull. The facepulling guide where you simply hang your skull from a high place does NOT work because you do not experience the required amount of force to move sutures in any kind of way and it is quite dangerous.

I have been experimenting with facepulling for a year now, trying every method I could find but nothing really worked because I didn't feel the tension I wanted to move anything in my face.

Although the donsjohns diagrams are quite revolutionnary and would work quite well, they do not put enough tension on the midface to activate the bone remodeling process rapidly, in other words, the gains are very very slow.

The basic theory behind facepulling is this: your face is like a tool, if you use it like a tool, it will look very striking, with the bones popping out since they have been put through massive tension and have adapted to be thicker. This is the missing piece to actually looking good, its not MEWING :feelsuhh:, its not K2 :feelsuhh:, and its not GENETICS :feelsuhh:. You could be born into the most CHAD family there is in this world, but if the way you grew up eating was eating only mushy foods without doing any pulling like a caveman trying to eat raw steak with just his hands and his face, you will be recessed and look ugly. Think about this way: if you stick to the routine, you might achieve 1mm of forward every 2 months or so. (yes the bone remodeling process is very slow, especially if you are older). I go off sutures. I think using your molars to pull is what gives you the feline look to also pull all your eye bone area. it gives you "bone sunglasses" because it makes bone around the eyes more rectangular.

Facepulling is on tiktok but F1 facepulling isnt.Bro and imma tell you one secret i am doing to get faster results. I do this just after my workout because after working out you get ghrowth hormone spike for like 30 minutes

I dont do F1 pulling, it doesnt put any pressure on orbitals because ur only pulling forward, so its not gonna make ur midface more compact and ur face wider it will mostly only help with side profile. What i do i sit down with my back to the wall and pull upwards and forwards that puts alot of pressure on the midface and gives u forward growth and also makes ur face wider. But obviously u gotta be pretty strong to hold it for 15-20 secs with alot of force. I already do this after gym.

The way our faces turn out to be is mostly dependent on our habits before and during puberty. After puberty the difference u can make isnt huge.

Look at diseases like Chronic Kidney Disease,Thalassemia Major,Syphilis, etc... they change your bones and facial structure a lot, doesent matter if you are in puberty or not .Even conditions u are born with like Down-Syndrome look how much they change your facial structure.Thats the obly proof i need

Honestly not worth it. I tried for a week where I would do 10min a day but in bursts of 2min. I can't lie the suture popping made me feel hopeful but its also a great fucking way to ruin your teeth. After a week i could notice how js like with braces your teeth start loosening up
 
Works bro i can already see improvement its been like 3 weeks and a half i skipped some days. My bodyfat didnt change that much

6 months update

My face is more square and chiseled

my neck is a lot stronger and visibly slightly thicker

my bite has changed a lot, the way my mouth opens is a lot different (hard to explain but it feels like I have more room)

cheekbones show more and I have more undereye support


my nose is straighter, no more small bulge (or at least improved by 70%)

My maxilla has compacted up by 4mm

The exercise hurt a lot when I started as I had mouth and sometimes neck soreness. I don't have that anymore

Skin is tighter on face since the bone is pushing against the skin in the forward up direction

My updated routine:

warm up = gentle pull at 20% effort for 1 minute

8x 5 second pulls at 100% effort biting down on the towel as hard as I possibly can with all of my teeth and pulling the towel away with my hands as I push the weight that is attached to the towel away as well with my legs

during the pulls, I hear like popcorn noises coming from my maxilla (sutures moving).

I brush my teeth before facepulling

So yeah it is pretty much confirmed that this is literally gym for your face. so people who say nO gYm fOr yOuR fAcE are now retarded because they dont know about f1 facepulling

It makes your skull more hunter like because you basically become a hunter. A hunter uses his mouth and hands as tools to tear away flesh from carcass and eat.

I would recommend adding some chewing as it helps a lot (maybe 3 hours a week or more if you can) with recovery + bite force

the key for this exercise is consistency because if you start and then stop, you will lose your gains.

it takes a lot of grinding for the face gains to stay permanently. I know because I stopped in the beginning after 3 weeks and when I got back into it, it felt way way harder. it is a snowbally exercise

when I pull I feel the tension only in my brow ridge what am I doing wrong
