How do I print it if I dont have a 3d printer? Just go to a 3d printing service store and print it. simple and shoudnt be expensive at all

Idk. Mouth elasticity probably varies between people no matter mouth width. I recommend just starting out with the 9cm one.

Palate widening or lip? I have a wide palate and am expanidn w mse to high 40s to 50mm imw, but narrow lips.

Fix your jaws first tbh
your mouth is narrow but pretty proportional to your face, I think you’re at a much greater risk of getting folds while recessed and bloated

Been using the 9cm one for a couple days and JFL this shit actually works. Good design OP. But my lips are chapped as fuck, does this go away eventually? I use cotton on the corners of my mouth and I legit can't feel it in my mouth

Also the 12cm one surprised me, I have a 5.5cm mouth naturally and that shit is HUGE, I don't think I will ever fit that in my mouth

Yea In the beggining your lips will get chapped. It will go away eventually.

oh yeah just measured its 11cm
difference of 2cm is huge, do you think I could work up to 11cm with the 9cm one eventually?

also what gains can I expect overtime? I currently got a couple mm but need about 0.9cm to reach the golden ratio mouth to nose ratio

Yea prob. How wide is the 11cm appliance in total? Like 13cm?
