I have a narrow palate, my ortho refused to give me expander

This is my palate.
I have braces for around year and half, my teeth were absolutely crooked so it helped me so much

This my face without any fraud so all could see the bigonial width which is not that bad imo. Typical narrow prettyboy jaw like example Archie Cranch.
If i get expander when i dont need im scared to end with blocky face, i saw botched mse
which ended like this scenario, i know ortho doesnt pay attention to aesthetics they only care about good symmetric teeth.
What yall think?

But once I get my tonsils removed (they block 70% of my goddamn airway) I'm getting Ortho including an MSE :oops::blackpill:

Honestly just say the benefits you've heard online and beg ngl. Mines covered by insurance, but if you can pay then there's no reason for him to refuse.

If i get expander when i dont need im scared to end with blocky face, i saw botched mse
which ended like this scenario, i know ortho doesnt pay attention to aesthetics they only care about good symmetric teeth.

there is no way your tongue fits even 50% in that, honestly still good face for that palate, go to a different ortho

until u are under 22 u should be fine but chances are ur maxilla doesnt split when using mse so u could need surgical assisted

Bet, my teeths were extremely cooked so ortho helped a bit but need expansion they are so retarted that i have to force them

no real big face benefits with mse its just good for airway, palate, smile, and breathing, it could help with your facial development though if it helps you breath through your nose instead of your mouth

I wait till next year and trust orto that i have now since my mum pays for everything, my teeths are still crooked, ill choose blackpilled ortho after and ill pay myself for this

go to like 2-3 orthos and ask them if you can get an mse, and if they say yes and you have the money, sure go for it
