My current gym program

May point was that you can probably recover more than 2 direct side delt sets.
Not always, when doing a full body split every tiny thing can hinder your recovery, either intra session recovery or inter session.
I don’t train rear delt simply because I don’t need to and because I hate to train it.

That’s not what he is saying tho, he think that I will be able to recover from another rear delt bias exercise.

He just phrased it wrongly.

But yeah soreness isn’t an indicator of growth

If you need a deload week at some point in your journey, your muscles arent recovering properly you canr just know from soreness or stuff like that
