Here is a shot of my updated physique. On my previous post people said I need to develop my delta and abdominals. I have swapped out heavy chest work for an increased focus on delta and my boxing has been developing my abs, however I'm nervous about developing a blocky ab area. Will check back in around the end of the year. Full natural, around 4 years of weights, 3 of which were more serious.

Um, depends on your current physique. Got any pics or a summary of it?

how much u benching for 10 reps? just so i know what my goal is

I can't imagine you will naturally develop more.

This goes against gym 'lore' or whatever but I actually stopped benching a while back and switched completely to heavy dumbbell incline press as my first compound movement. Develops the small surrounding stabiliser muscles but MOST importantly creates the fuller upper chest look. I HATE people with saggy tit pecs, the roman chest-plate armour look that incline press gives you is much more desirable IMO. I dumbbell press 88LB for 8 reps

You look HTN
Heres a front facing photo of me smashed and cross eyed. Im not HTN, standard normie. Height halo and body halo helps me into the normie category IMO.

Incline dumbbell press is very different then flat bench
Agreed, notably harder in my opinion but builds the delts/chest a lot nicer. Also Digital my chest is my genetic strong point by a LOT, I don't train it much to grow but I have a really average back and arms. Just do high set volume with low-medium rep volume on incline dumbbell press for your first exercise. Im talking 8 sets of between 5-8 reps. Then go straight into a weighted dip, but with the dip bend forward to put load on your chest. Really fucking ruin your chest on those two exercises. Then you can go into a flat press if you want, but honestly if done right those two exercises should leave you shaking

Shut up 😡 You are way above average and you could slay new girls every week.

Aggressive and supportive, thanks. Man Mike Thurston looks insane in your DP. Idol

Me when I'm leaner, around 10% here.

nice bro the most I’ve done was 75 lb for 9 reps but I usually do 70 for 8 reps on incline bench

Nothing to rate here. Youre basically peak natty with fine tune ups in the next few years really. Youre finished gymcelling. The question now is if you want to take it to the next level

not gonna lie ive never done it, whats so different about it
Pec divided into three sections, upper/middle/lower. As you will know the flat press develops the middle section more than the other two, the incline press develops the upper chest. Although all three get hit on any pressing exercise, angles will favour one more than the other two and they create a different look. Examples: seen below is Simeon Panda. Simeon has a very very overdeveloped middle/lower chest with an underdeveloped upper chest. Part genes, part training. Not how his pecs have a 'saggy' look due to over development of the lower chest? In my opinion this isn't a favourable look, I prefer a well developed upper chest. Now look at Jeff Seid here. His entire chest is developed in proportion, creating a 'roman chest-plate' look.

Honestly, your main problem is that your clothes don't fit well so they hide your muscles.
You need t shirts that have narrow sleeves so your arms will show. Your shirt may be 1 size too big.

Appreciate you bro. You helped on my previous update post. I personally don't consider the cost/benefit ratio of roids to be worth it, especially with my acne etc. I understand you've used in the past and respect your decision

In my opinion yes, at least test it for 1-2 months. If you don’t like it then that's completely acceptable, its totally up to what feels best for your development. Like I said, high sets, low/medium rep range. Also don’t angle the bench TOO high so that it becomes delt dominant, a nice 40 degree angle is optimal

i usually do 3 sets of 8. what do you do? i will test this tbh.

6 - 8 sets with a rep range of around 5 - 8 reps. Two warmup sets to connect my mind with the muscle. Really focus on the slow downward movement with a clean and stable upward press. Mind muscle is pivotal for this movement in my opinion. really feel the pecs stretch at the bottom of the movement

You are very humble.

I've got friends and acquaintances at uni who look like you with worse physiques who think they're gigachads cus they can slay drunk uni girls.

But yes you are slightly above the average normie and are haloed to HTN status due to your height and build.

Just because its my primary compound movement. High sets on one big movement is better than the classic 3 sets on a bunch of exercises. Go hard on your first and second movement and you shouldn't need any more exercises. Simple is better. good luck bro

definitely HTN

Mirin, you look good and your body is very impressive. Do you think you have reached your natrual limit. Also what is your caloric intake?

Chadlite overall. Focus on not balding.
This is my biggest worry. Genes seem okay, what’s the best/least invasive techniques for maintenance? Should I start topical? I try and avoid oral medication until absolutely necessary

I learned how to mix my own topical. I currently mix topical Finasteride (although you could also look into Dutasteride) and RU-58841 (microdose). I haven't started oral Finasteride yet, but it isn't a bad idea as you age.
