Nasolabial filler destroyed my hallow cheeks and ogee curve

I got 0.5ml on each nl fold 48 hours ago.
Now my face looks more puffy and the prominent cheekbones/ogee curve/hallow cheeks is less visible

I can also feel the filler under my skin. Its like a string/clump. Really hope its swelling that goes down, but i guess its not.

The surgeon wanted to inject with a needle, but i was too scared of vascular occlusion, so he took the blunt cannula. He said the result will be better with needle.

Will the filler dissolver destroy my own collagen?

Dont think so. In my case fillers last 2 years+
