Need help, hormones

Can anyone offer advice? What should I get tested for my blood results? I've had three blood tests so far for testosterone. The first time I was bordering deficient, but I took Vitamin D and the next time I had a blood test my results were above average. A month ago I had a blood test and my t slightly dropped, but maybe it was because it was a bit later in the day. The problem I have is that the clinic is inconsistent. One time they check my FSH, LH, another time they don't. Sometimes they check albumin, sometimes they don't. Which should I specifically request to be tested? My list I've made so far is

Total testosterone
SHGB
DHT
Estrogen
LH
FSH

What else should I ask for? I'm concerned since I'm in the last stages of puberty and I had a growth spurt earlier than everyone else but I then stopped growing, only my beard and height grew. I have a lanky ass frame and feminine eyes. How do I correct this before it is completely over?
