Normie here, since the start of this year i have been in a slight caloric defict, lost 15kg. From 115kg to 100kg, the deficit is not working anymore

I train 4x a week in the gym, do cardio 3x, and play soccer occasionally. I'm running a 500kcal deficit and eating mostly meat, carb-rich vegetables, and a sugary treat sometimes.


I used to train purely like a powerlifter because I enjoy eating big and moving heavy weight. Now I'm somewhat strong , but it feels like being strong only attracts other guys. I'm pulling less pussy than my skinny friend who looks like a goblin(Brochacho has no game, he is like 185cm and skinny af, im 1.83 btw).


I'm considering switching up my diet or hopping on tirzepatide. Any advice or good guides would be appreciated.

I have some clen, never used. I'm afraid of having a heart attack or something, i fucking love stimulants like caffeine and nicotine and people say it does not work well with clen(Clenbuterol)

Have you ever used it? shit looks hella dangerous
its only dangerous if you dont know what you're doing, please do as much research as you possibly can before using it and making sure that ANYTHING else ur taking along with it won't fuck ur shit up. Otherwise in a controlled environment it's surprisingly safe. I used it and lost 30lbs in a month with a good diet and getting my steps in.

Chemical suppliers. A million times safer than pre packaged, cause you're in charge of the dosage and portioning it out. For experiments they can also guarantee up to 99% purity which is extremely helpful for safety. Look up the full chemical name and for sale.

What’s your main goal? If it’s to continue losing weight and lowering your body fat, then you should probably increase your calorie deficit even more, since your basal metabolism has changed and your body now burns not that much calories as before. Also, fat tends to come off slowly when you already have less of it left. Often it can be the stomach or legs.
I also wouldn’t recommend focusing too much on how much you can lift right now, because during a calorie deficit some strength levels can stall or even decrease.
