Hello. An extremely disgruntled user has arrived on our Russian sub-forum and started raiding it single-handedly, posting rants about how terrible we are, and so on. I believe he should be issued several warnings—as far as I know, a single thread of this nature warrants a 20% warning level (since I was penalized for something similar). I also think this person deserves a permanent ban, given the sheer number of threads he has created—around 7 or 8
