I went too crazy with a refeed once after dieting hard with next to no carbs. Woke up with giant feet. Got furosemide from my doctor and woke up with the worst cramp I have ever had. Be careful.

Also be careful with the MT2, take it slow and watch out for moles. You don't want a bunch of new moles that will turn into skin cancer 20 years down the line.

dont worry i have a tanning bed at home so i tan equally all over my body and i titrate the dose up very slowly.

i already have a decent pheno so i dont use that much
