realistically how much bone mass is there to gain from hopping on at 19?

Not very well educated on pharmas, could anyone drop some of their personal experiences/things they’ve learnt, my main goal for hopping on would be for the craniofacial remodeling aspects, but im not sure about how to even start.

i don’t think anyone understood my question i wasn’t expecting to completely change my structure and go up a few tiers from pinning 😭 i just meant like the dimo increases browridge slight mandible width etc just things that have heard from others experiences was wondering how it works
