Fuck yeah Gaia I can’t wait for the unswollen result! Dr. R has definitely proven himself to be an artist of Maxillofacial surgery. I never asked this but how has life improved since 2019 in terms of treatment from people?

What I never understood about you is that you would go through such a surgery but you will not change your computer science student haircut or lose the baby fat. A haircut and fat loss should be the first things people do when looksmaxing. If you got a really fresh haircut and got in shape you would probably ascend another point.

Im gonna be honest bro. The difference is very subtle. Just like mine. I hate it.

You needed much more flaring and concavity...

At 2 months you should see the 80% of result. I m the same as you. Had bimax and jaw implants soo after bimax.

I had a full recovery, both sensory and motor nerve function is back.

I want to create a more in depth guide to explain this but the treatment is much better, how people treat you is directly correlated to how you look. But the caveat being that looks are not everything, other factors do play a role.

he was a legit 2.5/3 out of 10 before. he is not a chad of course but the improvement is unbelievable and he can most likely live a completely normal life, also he is in his late 20s or early 30s iirc but looks really younger than that now

Imo you are in between 4-4.75 PSL, higher than this is unlikely, but you look at least slightly above average facially and mog most curries I think.

My jaw surgeon does implants but even after I convinced him to add jaw implants with my jaw surgery when consulting I've decided to stick just with the jaw surgery to see if it's enough because I know he will be super conservative with the implants and cant be bothered paying for them then having to go through the revision process

At first viewing, the side profile definitely seems more defined with some extra mass compared to your videos just before implants
Can't really tell if things have changed from the front view but you'll see after swelling goes completely

nice ascension overall if you can go for revision you should get a little bit more "gonial flaring" and a slight gonial notch just to make it looks more convincing

I think you've pretty much maxxed your base at this point which is fine. At least you can live a normal life now.

Same for me as well, pretty much maxxed out my base for surgeries. We living the good life now
