This twitter confirms that someone was hit by a train at that time. If you scroll on the account they announce complications at around 4:57 relating to another train being held up because of complications relating to 322. Now you could say that's a completely unrelated death, and he took advantage of it to make the gofundme etc

There was a post about Schery made by the news website on June 2nd on their instagram. But the death was only announced by the twitter account (as far as I can tell) by ~ 10:20 PM
There was a post made by the instagram about a suicide there on June 2nd. It's light outside, so it was definitely before 10:20 and they were at the scene of it. So I doubt they went there, took photos of the scene, AND after lied about who died.
