Self-surgery, need advice

I've been considering doing self gyno surgery after seeing an Indonesian YouTuber do it with minimal complications ()

Here is my plan:
1.Inject a Lidocaine-Phenylephrine mixture to numb area
2.Use ice to stiffen the area and reduce blood flow
3.Make Incision using shaving razor
4.Remove tissue with scissors and tweezers
5.Wrap myself up with gauze and go to the hospital to get stitched up

Any advice is greatly appreciated

heavily don't recommend doing this
better to just save up and shell out the $4,000 or so
you could fuck up really easily and you don't want to mess shit up especially in areas near your most vital organs

But this is no where near the vital organs, it's a superficial incision. I live in a low income housing environment and need to get this done within the next month so that's not an option
