- Take supplements to help get your T going: Ashwagandha, Saw Palmetto, Omega 3 Pills, Vitamin C, Maca, Fenugreek, etc.
-Fortified nut/soy milks are good for Vitamin D, and coconut water/cucumber water is good for minerals
-Lose weight (The less you weigh, the more Testosterone you will produce)
