Well indirectly it tells you how to improve face because attaining a lean physique should help you lean out your face as you reach your body goals. Neck training also helps frame the face. I'm sure you've seen the countless examples in the past. Also darker hair, tan, and darker eyebrows also helps face. Lastly light stubble as well.
