Should I really use sunscreen even if I live in a country who isn't sunny?

Q:I live in Paris and it's pretty unsunny and cloudy during automne and winter. Is it still important to put sunscreen everyday?

Definitely wear it on cloudy/sunny days, use lower SPF in the winter/rainy days

If it's not a sunny day and mostly cloudy unless you are somewhere like FL you don't need sunscreen.
