Should the ramus be at least vertical to the ground when attempting to assess correct head posture?

I know about the Frankfurt plane posture but it is hard to properly use it without an x ray.

I’m asking because I realised that maybe I’m not as recessed as I thought I am, as the postures I was forcing myself into made the ramus’s angle acute relative to the ground instead of right or obtuse ( from Frankfurt plane perspective ). But I imagine that downward growth/different gonial angles could drastically affect this as well…

I know this question is probably very stupid, bear with me

It’s not about Ramus it’s about eye and ear.

Yes I know that but it’s not easy to go with these because you can’t know where your infraorbital bone starts

If you think you are recessed most likely you are recessed. Get Ct scan
