Sunscreen and wearing hats are important for this routine, your skin will be extremely sensitive to the sun

You can replace tretinoin with an AHA like glycolic acid ( only use it 3-5 times a week)

Mourning:

rinse face with water
Vitamin C (topical)
Moisturizer
sunscreen

afternoon:

cleanser
moisturizer
(wait to dry)
tretinoin

0.5mm dermaneedle
1-2 times a week

Copper peptide before dermaneedling
copper peptide and moisturizer after dermaneedling

1.00mm-1.5mm dermaneedle
once a month

Replace tretinoin for vitamin C, 3 days before derma-needling

polysporin and moisturizer after dermaneedling

Hide in your basement the day after, you don't want sun damage or sunscreen absorbed through your damaged skin .

Replace afternoon tretinoin and mourning vitamin C with copper peptide for 2-4 days.

This is a modified routine I got from here:

Based, will start this right when the massive finastride shed hits and walk around with an enormous sunhat on 24/7 for three months

I have zero acne scars but I still do a more brutal version of this routine . Its probably overkill and a waste of time but idc .

My skin quality is perfect, extremely high collagen

my diet is utter shit btw

Right now I do glycolic acid 2x a week, retin-a x3 a week, 0.5mm derma needle x2 a week, vitamin c every mourning.

as long as i dont have any acne i could care less :p

The min-maxxed (non autistic) skincare routine to maintain perfect skin:

retin-a 5 days a week

0.5mm every 2 weeks

glycolic acid once a week

vitamin c in the mourning
it looks ascended...
Im just projecting

The thing about acne scars is . . if you get acne scars in the first place it means your skin doesn't heal well for whatever reason. Now youre trying to heal your acne scars by puncturing your skin and hoping it heals.

tldr;
Acne scarcels are a lost cause .

It makes sense though as dermaneedling is supposed to kick your body's healing factor right in the ass

Cope. You need a combo good bones + high collagen. Girls will jump into you

Its important not to rush tretinoin or anything else. If your skin gets irritated youre doing more harm than good. It takes weeks - months to rebuild your skin barrier.

This is a good moisturizer I use
Amazon product ASIN B013HHJV0C

Vitamin C:

Drunk Elephant C-Firma day serum - 1 oz $80
Timeless 20% Vitamin C + E - 1 oz $25
The ordinary 100% l-ascorbic acid powder - $5
owndoc l-ascorbic acid powder

good physical sunscreens, (chemical sunscreens arent safe after dermaneedling):

Amazon product ASIN B00464EC1E
Amazon product ASIN B01M8G39OW
Amazon product ASIN B007U54P36

alpha hydroxy acid:

any glycolic acid or lactic acid works, these are just cost efficient

Something like this would good for 1.00mm+ needling, so the derminator can slide across your skin
