So, you want to enter the workforce, incel?

Not currently. Getting a 2:1 is required to get onto most competitive graduate schemes. I have an interviews with my 2:2 before so its possible. Only just restarted my job hunt now that I have a car. Currently at a minimum wage 12 hour workday warehouse wagecuck job. If I don't ascend in the next few months its probably over.

I geninuely think getting my degree was a waste of time. The only reason I went to uni was due to poor circumstance. I was scared of the workplace (long story, basically due to my parents experience) and my mum was pressuring me to go to uni. I didn't want to go at the time but I couldn't become a NEET either. I have blown my one shot at free education JFL. I will contact my university because they have a service available to help wagecucks like me. Hopefully they can help me because I didn't network during uni. I have learnt from my mistake but the opportunity has passed.
Mate, just lie

No employer checks. Change your grade on your CV. And if they ask for a certificate, just photoshop it.

also @BeenLMSsinceMSN I no longer aspire to "climb the corporate ladder". Getting into a management role will be a goal of mine but I have spent alot of time outside of this realm and its alarming to see that so many people aspire to climb the corporate ladder. The problem with climbing the corporate ladder is that your puttting your destiny and earning potential in somebody elses hands.

I’m graduating this year do you have any tips for finding graduate jobs after university and is it really worth grinding that hard to try and get a 2:1?

Yes a 2:1 is bare minimum tbh

go through a recruitment agency, you will get nowhere if you apply to individual listings. They get thousands of applicants a day; employers are more likely to favor a recruiter's recommendation

Yep my social circle is pretty much non existent. It's why I rot on PSL so much

If I want to meet up with friends I have to travel at least 2 hours since none live near me

This may sound low iq but what is a 2:1 is that like an uni degree?
Its a Uni Degree grade. The order:

>First Class. Best grade you can get, usually refered to as a 1st.

>Second Class Division 1. Commonly refered to as a 2:1. This is the grade most people aspire to achieve and this is the grade people expect you to get. At my uni this was the most common grade people got. This is the cutoff grade for getting interviewed for competitive grad schemes.

Its considered bad in the UK bad if you get lower then a 2:1. I had an interview for some £20k a year dead end customer service office job and the employer implied I was a subhuman for getting a 2:2 😡😡😡. He said I have been going on the downhill since sixth form 😠😤. It's true ngl but I would have spat in his face if he was infront of me IRL. He said that to disrespect me. It was a web interview. I brushed it off during the interview but I was seething.

After realising I failed the interview I threw some shade at this cuck, asking him why he was too much of a monkey to become a software engineer after doing computer science :lul:👍. I would have rejected the offer but they never got back to me. I am not being managed by that twat.

^ Me going ER on my pencil necked employer if he was infront of me IRL (in tekken 7).

>Second Class divison 2. Commonly refered to as a 2:2. Its not terrible but your not going onto any competitive graduation schemes with this grade. It looks alot nicer then a 3rd class degree. This is like getting a C grade.

>Third Class Degree. Commonly refered to as a third. This is the lowest passing grade you can recieve. Bare minium passing grade.

>Fail. Most people dropout before they fail. This is the worst case scenario. You have spent alot of money for nothing. You can't resit your last year either.

How long did it take you to find one after graduating

Like 3 weeks, got a 6 month temp job for the equivalent of 34k a year. Although I got fired for being too low inhb

A few months later I got another perm job for 30k a year, with only 2 months experience

Though I have a lot of interview experience + chadlite halo. That year I probably went to over 20 interviews and only didn't get offered the job twice

I have been unsuccesful so far but don't waste your third year to network. I went to a few careers fairs but I ingored the opportunities presented to me. Because my grades were poor I was too scared to network out of fear of rejection. Your university should have a support scheme for post graduates.

Also put the fucking work in to get the best grade possible. There is no reason not to tryhard. You only get one chance at 3rd year, don't waste it. Don't aim for a 2:1, aim for a 1st, there is nothing worse then the feeling of knowing you could have tried harder. I got a 2:2 being a depressed rotmaxxer coasting through uni, skipping lectures then cramming the night before. I could have got a better grade with more effort. I have accepted my failure now, but getting a 2:1 or above opens so many doors for you. You can do a masters with a 2:1 if you wish (cope imo for most fields) Good luck getting onto a masters course with a 2:2.

Grades aren't everthing, the world won't bow down to you if you get a first and your life isn't over if you get a 2:2 or worse. However your grade will affect peoples perception of you. 2:1 or above = You worked hard well done. 2:2 or below = lazycel, you could have done better. Then you have to explain why you got a 2:2 or less 🤡. Its fucking hilarious how much a single number matters.

Yeah the future is extremely bleak for ugly or ethnic men. Most on here dont realise whats coming up.

Era of low wages, high inflation, longer working hours, less job security, more meaningless work, digitisation and AI of work, expect computers to monitor you.

Now is the biggest transfer of wealth happening so it's an escape route from what's coming up. I really hope the guys on here take this opportunity to secure their financial future.
What is the biggest transfer of wealth? Crypto?

@PrinceLuenLeoncur
@Anstrum95 i dunno why your laughing your also a neet like me but at least my Neetness is due to severe locationceldom and the grad job market being non existent for autism/winter.

I been out of uni for like 4 months now I think I already have the grades (top grades In stem btw) etc but I cannot do some of the assesments these jobs ask cos I’m not good at maths and for whatever reason they want you to do both maths and programming which is retarded asf. Though I ain’t even gonna rage there’s others in my shoes Uni is s scam, diveristy quotas only work for white girls the end. And then these jobs have a fucked up process where they want you to join in December next year so a whole year out of work. I have partially given up already what’s the point

Nar I’m past that state of grief I’m in the state of transition. I know I need to leave northern England and move to London that’s what I’m gonna do. Also I cope with video games 🎮, being neet is hard cos my mums not wealthy so it’s a stuggle but it is what it is I just spend money on games and food and I’m good

I can either be a lawyer or a software developer, still choosing rn as I'm in y12 and the a levels I do I can do either at uni with them. My parents will pay for it or I'll have to get a loan which is cucked.

why and what do ur parents think
When I say I dropped out I never made it to uni in the first place. I dropped out of the last year of sixth form (those exams would’ve gotten me to uni).

Shortly after that post I made two years ago, my father kicked me out of the house which forced me to live with my mother. It threw me off so much and then I started smoking weed with my friends to distract myself. I started skipping lessons just to smoke or never went in as I was depressed.

My attendance was too low, so my headteacher said you either pick up the work or leave. I left because I knew I wouldn’t have made an improvement, my grades were good but I couldn’t stand the place or the people

My mum didn’t give a shit, shes one of those parents who just chuck money at their kids and let them do what they want.
