What should an upper-lower workout look like? (How many exercises for each muscle, how many sets, and should I go to failure?)

upper body. so arms, chest etc. then lower: legs, hamstrings quads. go to failure OFC. and ask chat gpt for a full training program.

parte superior del cuerpo, es decir, brazos, pecho, etc., luego parte inferior: piernas, isquiotibiales, cuádriceps. vaya al fallo OFC y solicite en el chat gpt un programa de entrenamiento completo.

do enough volume for you to be able to recover by the day after next and less reps to allow for easier recovery

this allows you to maximise frequency
