Everytime I see a successful influencer or even leader they don't have to be the best looking, but they have no falios.
If you have features that are a little unideal, you won't look uncanny, but you won't look like a supermodel. This creates a feeling of non disgust, but it's not enough to be a halo.
A good example of this is Hughie from The Boys. His face isn't supermodel tier, but I can only name one flaw in his face without doing a deep analysis of his facial structure. Thats why he was chosen to play Hughie.
Another example is Speed. You can only name 1 or 2 falios. He isn't a supermodel, but since his features are maybe 1-2 SD away from the mean, it makes him relatable enough, so if he has a good personality, he can become famous.
Obviously the halo affect still is a thing, so if you're a Chad, it will be easy to entertain an audience since they can connect with your emotions on a deep level. Like Marlon for example.
To conclude
Too many falios; will be difficult or even impossible to build a lot of supporters and fans; whether that be politics, entertainment, etc.
1 or 2 falios; You can build an audience but you will need top tier personality
