Day 1 – Chest + Triceps
Day 2 – Back + Biceps
Day 3 – Legs
Day 4 – Shoulders + Arms (light pump)
Day 5 – Upper (Chest + Back + Arms)
Kinda new to the gym so idk much
I can change it to tricep and bicepsBut i would not do Arms 3 times a Week
