Is ts achievable in like 4 months

Righ now i do this:
Chest back
Bicep tricep
Day off
Day off
Legs
Chest shoulders
Back tricep

depends on your form brodie but if it works for you with this Split its good your physique is good
What about if i did
Day 1 – Chest + Triceps
Day 2 – Back + Biceps
Day 3 – Legs
Day 4 – Shoulders + Arms (light pump)
Day 5 – Upper (Chest + Back + Arms)

Kinda new to the gym so idk much

Add shoulders to day 1
It is Most important muscle for Frame
 
But i would not do Arms 3 times a Week
