Biceps Curl = Skull Crusher = Weighted Pull-Up (added weight) = BW x 0.75

Shoulder Press = BW x 1

Bench Press = BW x 1.5

Squat = BW x 2

Deadlift = BW x 2.5

im 5 kg away from that OHP 20 kg away from thr squat one 45 kg away from deadlift

so im strong despite the fact i never did trained with weights (except weighted pull ups /dips)

I OHP 90kg for one rep at 77 kg or so currently

Im very weak at squat and deadlifts tho

No disrespect but you don't look like you'd be strong in any pic you've posted
I’m 6’2 and a half I don’t fill my frame easily plus I’m pretty skinny fat so no muscle definition here’s a pic from when I was bulking 5 months ago
