I already take metformin 500 mg , going to increase to 1000 mg with b12 suplementation. Also expetimenting with intermittent fasting, did 23/1 omad but too impractical, going for 20/4 , and possibly doing it with dry fasting, from (not really reliable sources) , it can speed up autophagy while regular intermittent fasting cannot do it 20/4.
Planning to water fast for 7 days every 3 month as well.

PQQ is hardly studied. It could also activate negative pathways... who knows though.
Berberine inhibits B vitamins, so load up on those.
Being exposed to extreme temperatures can raise cortisol. Low carb + heavy exercise AND other hormetic stressors is way too much stress on the human body.

Don't believe everything you read. Do your own research. Don't copy and paste.

Also can't you agree on of the main hall marks of aging is low androgens and super high cortisol?

AMPK tears the body down. While mTOR builds it back up. BOTH are extremely important. If AMPK was the better pathway to be activated, then it would always be activated. Plus I feel like shit when AMPK activation.

There's a balance to anabolic/catabolic. This is one of the reasons I prefer IF. Grego Gallagher says it's the perfect balance to being in a catabolic/ anabolic state or AMPK/mTOR.

There's a balance too being in a anabolic/catabolic state brah. Activating anabolic pathways like that will have a harmful effect on longevity. Lowering IGF-1 enhances longevity.

But isn't the point of autophagy to cannibalise your old cells, as that's what the body focuses on first? So you get rid of your old cells that aren't functioning properly and thus reducing the chance of canceroys grows/cells mutations, which is the only real reason we do die tbh, at this point. Besides roping, roping I think is much higher risk than anything else, but that's also another question entirely.

It just makes a lot of sense and is convenient. You wake up, go to work, get back home and do a proper meal. Tbh I really love it like this, as food becomes a source of joy. I eat a lot for a few hours straight.

My anti-aging regimen kinda looks like this. Being in a calorie defecit too.

Intermittent Fasting with black coffee.
Healthy diet with much carbs.
Sauana.
Weight lifting. Not too much exercise. Want to keep cortisol low since doing IF.
Great sleep.
Red light therapy.
Using androgens such as= Androsterone, pregnenolone, DHEA etc.
Perfect skincare. @Cope skincare guide. (High IQ shit). Add microneedling sparingly.
Supps= NMN, maybe PQQ, pycnogenol, BioSil, Multivitamin, Niacinamide, Aspirin, Vitamin E.

It's not rocket science. You just have to stick to it.

No, just avoid highly inflamatory diet and supplement anti-oxidants at that age. You don't have to fast.
