I train for some months now and seeing progress, there is no t bar row machine at my gym
-Wide neutral grip machine row
-Wide grip pulldowns
-pullovers
-Preacher curls
-Hammer curls
- Cable rear delt fly
- Traps with dumbells
I do all these exercises for 3x18-12 except traps in which i do more reps. I used to add a suppinated bicep curl but removed it from my pull day recently since a lot of guys say with a preacher curl and a hammer curl you're all set.
