Knowledge I aquired after the years here (might be time for me to apply them FFS):
Brain optimisation

Pro-Tip:

1. Overdose green tea 1 day per week. Take like, a full bowl of green tea and drink it
2. Next day in the morning take turmeric powder, then take again at mid-day and at night, be it 1-2 spoons
3. Don't drink coffee at all

  • Toxins (breathing fumes)
  • Sulforaphane (broccoli sprouts)
  • Inflammation
  • Black seed oil, turmeric
  • Prevent insulin spikes for longevity
  • Bitter melon, berberine, pterostilbene
  • Alzheimers, brain disorders
  • L Serine, Lion’s Mane
  • Gut bacteria
  • Apples, probiotics, green juice, yogurt
  • Faster muscle growth
  • Zinc, collagen 1 hour before workout, gelatin
  • Improved IQ
  • Iodine
  • Muscle cramping
  • Salt water, pickle juice

Focused meditation 17 minutes a day

Breath/Oral hygiene

  • Replace toothbrush every 2 months

Breathing (focus on it)

  • 5.5s inhale → 5.5s exhale → repeat breathing first into the diaphragm, then into the ribs, then into the clavicle, then exhale starting with the clavicle, then the ribs, then the diaphragm again, and repeat.
  • Breathe through left nostril to become calmer, through right nostril opposite.
  • if the nose is blocked, simply take some water in your hand and pull it through the nose so that it flows out through the mouth
Good breathing techniques :

  • Alternate nostril
1. thumb of the right hand to the right nostril, ring finger to the left nostril, resting the index and middle fingers between the eyebrows

2. close the right nostril with the thumb and inhale slowly through the left one.

3. at the end of inhalation, pause briefly while both nostrils are closed, then lift thumb to exhale through the right.

4. At the natural end of exhalation, hold both nostrils closed for a moment, then inhale again through the right one.
5. continue breathing through alternating nostrils for about five to ten passes.

  • Holding your breath while walking/running (Improves co-dioxide level in the blood and thus blood supply)
    1. exhale completely while continuing to walk slowly and counting steps.
    2. in case of strong air hunger stop counting and quietly inhale several times through the nose without stopping. Then breathe normally for at least one minute and then repeat.

    Pro-tip :

relax and breathe a little less to the point where your body begins to warms up and your nasal passages open up, but not to the point where you tense up. You should be feeling good and focused, which are the results of increased CO2 and subsequent rise in cellular oxygenation. Keep this up for 20-25 minutes and repeat 3x a day. Over time your body will adapt to higher CO2 levels and your reduced breathing will become your normal breathing, after which you work to reduce your breathing even furher.
Hydration and Digestion Optimisation

Begin your day with remineralizing. Drink 3 glasses of water with ½ teaspoon salt. Sit down while drinking water , drink slowly +1 to 2 tablespoons of juice from a squeezed lemon organic (spaced throughout day)

  • Aim for about 80 ounces (2.4 liters) of fluid in the first 10 hours of your day for baseline hydration
  • During exercise 5 sips every 20min
  • Splashing cool water over your face, neck, and hands before meals stimulates your stomach acid.
  • Always sit down to eat. Eat at roughly the same times each day.
  • Eat neither too quickly nor too slowly (about 20 / 30 minutes) and without interruption. Chew thouroughly
  • Eat to about ¾ of your stomach capacity at your biggest meal; this equals the amount of your two cupped hands full. Ideally, one third of the meal should consist of liquid food of a soupy consistency. Always eat first your salad, then soup, then your main meal. Never combine them together.
  • Avoid eating a meal or snack before the previous meal has been digested, unless it is a piece of fruit. Allow approximately 3 to 6 hours between meals, depending upon the types of food consumed.
  • If you desire to drink anything with your meals, it is best to sip a little hot or warm water. Also avoid drinking large quantities of liquids right before and within the first 1 hour after meals.
  • Fruits : eat them separately from other foods, such as mid morning or mid afternoon, or at least 1/2 hour before meals, masticating the fruits and saturating them with saliva is essential for their digestion.
  • Go for a 10 to 15 minute walk after meals
Diet

spoon of cinnamon and honey and half a tablespoon of vanilla extract mixed into white tea daily drink it also pure cocoa powder daily

2 teaspoons of unheated raw cold packed honey.in the morning

natural aromatase inhibitor, and diet that will increase ur igf1 (high protein + spiking insulin with sugar ideally after u get hgh spike) sun exposure and animal fat consumption so you will get more vitamin d absorption. also

for aromatase inhibitor: cocao, grape/seeds, coffee/black tee, pomegranate juice, high boron foods, flavonoids, white button mushrooms
Reducing endotoxins, avoid anything that slows digestions, causes gas, bloating - gluten, commercial dairy, processed food, starches etc.

Eat raw carrots with coconut oil (carrots are anti-estrogenic, coconut oil anti-fungal etc), bamboo shoots, white button mushrooms and cascara Sagrada. All of these will help with reducing gut endotoxins.

A good meal High in sucrose, salt and protein before bed. That would be warm milk with honey, orange juice beforehand and a cup of salty water (sea salt grounded into some water) and a carrot with coconut oil

stop consuming Vegetable Oils and PUFA, eat more Sucrose

The ‘pasteurisation process’ in many milk companies is dirty. Instead buy raw milk from a local small business seller .Heat it at home for 30 mins in 62 degree Celsius/ 145 degrees F. Consume or store it cleanly in the refrigerator.

Goat colostrum/milk+ a few cups of double fermented super strong WATER kefir everyday
Raw goat kefir or pasteurised goat kefir for microbiome balance

Lower inflammation:

1. Blueberries 100g
2. Kale 100g cooked (alternative to spinach, which has high oxalates)
3. Pumpkin seeds 30g
4. Tomatoes (1 is enough)
5. Broccoli 250g steamed
6. Green tea 250-500ml
7. Pomegranate seeds 30g

Foods to avoid

Dairy products: Prefer Calcium water, almonds, enriched vegetable milks, sardine bones

Processed meat, Soybeans, Flax seeds, Gluten-based, Mint
Polyunsaturated vegetable oils: Sunflower, soy, corn, sesame, rapeseed and peanut oils should therefore be avoided. Prefer saturated and monounsaturated oils, such as coconut oil, olive oil, macadamia oil or avocado oil: more stable during cooking and poor in omega 6, they do not present any particular risk and can be consumed at will.

Foods too high in fiber: not to consume too many fibrous foods in the same meal. Mixtures of legumes (chickpeas, lentils, beans) and whole grains should therefore be avoided, and the same goes for certain fruits and vegetables (artichokes, peas, pears).

Fried Food – nothing fried! You should boil, broil or bake and never more than medium rare.
Oils – Yes, this includes Olive Oil! NO canola, NO coconut, etc… If it has OIL in the name don’t use it. This also includes anything made from oil, like salad dressing. No margarine or combo spreads. No mayonnaise. Nothing made from oils.
No burned fats – If you grill your food, try to have something between the food and the fire (like aluminum foil) so the juice doesn’t drip onto the flame and deposit dangerous things on the meat.
Any nitrates added to meat – (ie: deli meats) tell your butcher NO NITRATES or NITRITES!
No carbonated drinks of any kind within one hour before, during or one hour after meals. They weaken stomach acid thus making it hard for the body to break down proteins to be digested
Skin of a baked potato (or yam, or sweet potato). If you boil a potato, you can eat the skins.
Wheat
Barley
Rye
Oats, Oatmeal
gluten free diet (no pasta)

Debloating:

Eat +5g of sodium min per day as well as 3-4L of water.

If you have an important event, just cut out both water and sodium the day before.

  • Eating very high fibre meals once a week to flush out your intestines "raw carrot salad" once a week
100g greek yogurt, ~50g sauerkraut every day

Recommended max daily intake of A.G.E.s: Roughly 15,000 kilounits of A.G.E.s: https://anti-ages.org/a-g-e-s-in-food-1

Guide to minimizing Glycation and A.G.E.s in your body:

- Limit carbs/sugar in your diet
- Only eat a small amount of fruit, and avoid fruits that have a high glycemic index (carbs aswell)
- Avoid all processed foods. Anything with vegetable oil (such as canola oil) and anything with high fructose corn syrup is terrible for your health long-term.
- Eat whole foods. Eat foods that are single ingredients (e.g. a tomato, instead of ketchup or tomato sauce).
- Avoid high temperature cooking like grilling, frying, broiling, toasting etc. Avoid eating blackened, charred meat.
- Cook your food using the following methods instead: poaching, steaming, stewing

Pro Tips:

Drink this stuff right from the bottle, or whichever brand they have cheapest on amazon

Eye Area/health

  • pay attention to peripherals and surroundings
  • Some of the good habits that I know are limiting screentime, doing Active Focus on everything, printpushing, staying on the edge of blur when doing close up work, stay off of electronics in the evening
  • If you just have dry eyes, and don't do things the relieve the symptoms, like using the hot compress at least 3 times a day, for 10 minutes a time, keeping it at 45 degrees celcius
  • first ever reduction should be Differentials then after 4-6 weeks to adjust to those corrections as well as introduce and solidify good habits you can bring on the Normalized correction.
You never want to wear your new lower normalized on the same day after wearing your full correction or previous normalized correction.

What you do is take a day you can manage with no correction (or differentials in the case of high myopia) from the beginning of the day for as long as reasonably possible, until you start to feel uncomfortable. This way when you introduce your new normalized the relative standard for expected clarity is that things are much clearer and this is a good change. The good association with your new correction is a big advantage.

Keep the previous normalized (or full correction) handy for night driving.

Differentials : If you already wore the previous differentials, do not wear the new differentials until the next day.

Instead of reducing from -1.5, -1.25, or -1 (based on personal preference), the current EM strategy is to alternate zero and normalized correction, which is called "Low Myopia Zero Diopter Reset Trick".[1]

  • It is usually not a good idea to reduce until you are consistently measuring 20/20 indoors for about 2 weeks.
And you need the -1.00 glasses, at least part of the time. You want to be used to clear vision outside, so that you have the right mindset (visual cortex expecting clarity).

Do it without glasses for half a day on the weekends, and then with glasses the other half. If you notice a tension headache at the end of a day outdoors, you know you pushed it a bit too far, with not quite enough correction. No matter. Try to do it a few hours less next time. Keep the glasses with you

Landmarks. You need to train yourself to catch and read road signs (reading is so very key). Stop for a second, clear up a blurry sign.

When reducing complexity/equalizing, you have to first reduce astigmatism. And only after should you equalize the spherical right

Equalizing is improving one eye instead of both eyes at the same time. It's done to reduce the diopter gap between two eyes, so that both eyes have a more similar or identical level of correction. It is recommended to do at least 2 spherical reductions before attempting to equalize. At which point you will alternate a monocular (one eye only) drop, with a binocular (both eyes) drop or better still, two binocular drops before another monocular drop. It is not recommended to do two monocular drops in a row. This approach should work for spherical and cylindrical reductions alike, and like all reductions should be done in the standard of .25 at a time; except sometimes it is possible to reduce cylinder more by using spherical equivalent.

Be mindful to maintain your diopter ratio for both normalized and differentials.

You may need to incorporate some patching through this process. 15 minute sessions a few times a week is sufficient, more than that is not recommended. It might be a good idea to alternate your sessions, one time in close up with differentials (if needed), then the next time during distance vision time with your normalized.

This technique is generally not recommended when first starting out with EM methods. This is an advanced technique frequently used during equalizing, when equalizing it is typically best to do a few spherical reductions first, though there can be exceptions.

Patching is also used in conventional optometry for vision training and for rest while an eye is healing from trauma.

It has been suggested that switching eyes for some of your patching sessions can be beneficial as well. In this variation you would alternate in a session to patch the "weaker" eye and this would signal this eye to work harder when the obstruction is removed.

  • If you are struggling for an extended period of time with double vision that you can not resolve you might consider going back to your previous stronger correction.
Try Ciprofloxacin it's an antibiotic eyedrop or moxifloxacin with dexmanethese phosphate eye drops

  • Use egg whites.
When you make your scrambled eggs in the evening, before you whisk, dip your finger into the white (not yolk, it will provide fat soluble nutrients, but won’t fix eye issues like astigmatism like raw butter does, however they will both make your eyes red for at least 2-3 hours) and just roll your eyes around with literally a minuscule amount on your fingertip. Just blink until it all absorbs then wipe the excess if you have any - cause if you do, it’ll dry into the skin (providing amino acids which is good, however) and look like dry skin and flakey - not a good look.

  • hold the middle finger on the top of your orbital, and the index finger on the outer canthus. then, SQUINT as hard as possible
Do 10 really big squints, were you squeeze all the muscles in your eyes.
Do 50 rapid squints
Do 50 squints of just moving your lower eyelid up
Increase the reps by 10 per week, make sure to do it slow and controlled!

Go under the sun a lot to activate some eye muscles too!

Hiding dark circles:

Use a color corrector before concealer to neutralize discoloration. Green corrector counteracts redness and purple tones. Peach corrector cancels out blue undertones. Apply thin layers and blend well. Too much concealer can settle into fine lines. Use a damp beauty sponge or brush to press product in. Choose a concealer one to two shades lighter than your skin tone to brighten up the undereye area. Avoid anything too thick or dry, which emphasizes creases.

How to apply fragrance

Moisturizing your neck area will help the cologne last much much longer than it would normally

  • Always spray the back of your neck if you want compliments
  • Heat spots are the best spot to apply (left and right of the area by the neck is usually best)
  • Always spray your hoodies with cologne, then your hoodie will always smell great jfl
  • Limit it to a max of 3-4 sprays, don’t go above that
Gym

x15 your bodyweight e.g 160x15=2400.
On gym days eat 300 calories over that amount. i.e 2700
Off days eat 300 calories under that amount i.e 2100

- Weight yourself once a week, always at the same time (e.g. right after waking up).
- Don't panic if your weight stays the same or even goes up for one or two weeks.
- If your weight does not go down for more than three weeks, slightly reduce calories.
- If your rate of weight loss is above the desired value, slightly increase calories.
- The change in daily calories from those adjustments should not exceed 500 cals.
- After adjustment, stay on the new value for at least three weeks before adjusting again.

What You Should Do During A Cut

1. Reduce the volume of your workouts to the minimum amount you need to retain your muscle mass, as you're not trying to build muscle during a cut.
2. Focus on your cardio and non-exercise activity thermogenesis (NEAT) as your primary energy expenditure systems.

How To Overcome A Plateau

1. Increase loading - If you have been doing sets of 12-15, increase the loading to something that takes you down to 5-6 reps at 1 RIR. This will increase the motor unit recruitment earlier in the set, rather than using loading that needs fatiguing mechanisms to create the need for greater effort.

2. Reduce fatigue interference mechanisms - This means resting at least 2 minutes between sets to allow the central nervous system to recover
3. Add an extra rest day during the week

Best Deltoid exercises:

Reverse Pec deck

Side lateral raises,

Seated Overhead press

If you have a weak rotator cuff plus anatomical predisposition, spamming shoulder exercises can screw things for a long time. Be careful and do rotator cuff exercises with elastic bands and small weights, also "face pulls" and hanging on a bar.

FRONT DELTS

I almost exclusively do incline pressing for chest with the exception of dips for warm ups/finishers. If you’re doing 10-20 sets a week of incline bench for chest you will see pretty good front delt growth from that alone but you should shoulder press anyways.

Avoid cheating with your upper chest on seated shoulder presses. A lot of guys set the bench at too low of an incline and arch/lean back too much which lessens the shoulder stimulus you get from the exercise. Keep the bench close to a 90 degree angle. Retract your scapula for stability but don’t use a big arch.

When doing barbell/smith machine shoulder presses keep the bar path close to your face. When you’re pressing, the bar should come down to around your clavicles at the bottom.

Get strong with your shoulder pressing. Work towards being able to barbell press a plate with good form. Incorporate heavy sets of 4-6 reps in addition to lighter sets of 10-12.

Don’t tuck your elbows too much when you’re doing dumbbell shoulder pressing. Keeping them flared out to your sides instead of inwards = more front and side delt involvement.

Full range of motion, all the way down and all the way up. Work on developing a mind muscle connection with your delts. On the way down keep your upper back still and feel your delts stretch under the weight. Go all the way up and squeeze them.

SIDE DELTS

Volume. Use low weight, high reps, and go crazy with the sets.

Train to FAILURE. Do not fucking stop the set when you can’t get the weight all the way up, or even halfway up. Keep the set going until you can’t move your arms an inch. Learn to tolerate the burn and keep going.

Dumbell lateral raises with good form are great.

When you do DB laterals, lock your shoulder blades in place to avoid cheating with the traps. Don’t shrug the weight up, the movement should come from your shoulders only. When I do lateral raises I flare my lats to keep my scapulae still.

I do lateral raises with the dumbbells held near my pockets. Slight bend in the arm. Lean your torso forward a bit and raise the dumbbells until your arms are parallel with the ground. Feel your delt squeeze and feel the blood pumping into it with each rep. Control it on the way down. I’m not one of these faggots doing a 5 second eccentric but always control the weight.

Incorporate behind the neck pressing if you’re able to do it safely. High rep behind the neck press is amazing for delts all around. I use a smith machine for these. Warm up well, do a bunch of reps with bar only, and add weight slowly. If you feel pain then don’t do it but if you can, then start doing these. You can go heavy but that starts giving me rotator cuff pain so I recommend 8-12 reps on this. Grip wide with your elbows flared, upper arm should be parallel to the ground. Go all the way down until the bar touches your traps. High rep sets of BTN press will make your delts BURN.

REAR DELTS

Arnold press and reverse cable delt flys are god tier for shoulders

Rear delts can handle a good amount of isolation volume as well, just account for any elbows-flared rowing you’re doing for upper back. These tend to hit rear delts pretty good.

Facepulls are a good exercise for mobility and injury prevention purposes but I prefer dumbbell flies and reverse pec deck for rear delt growth.

I like to do rear delt flies with an angle sitting on a bench, leaning over. Torso not completely parallel to the ground, still sitting up a bit.

Always go to failure with rear delts too. When I’m doing dumbbell rear delt flies and I can’t get the weight up properly, I bend my elbows and start “rowing” the dumbbells to take my rear delts to failure.

Do dumbbell rear delt flies light until you get the form down. Very easy to cheat with your traps.

Reverse pec deck is another good rear delt isolation.

10 sets per week to failure for all sides. Front, side and rear

DEEP BREATHING SQUATS SUPERSET: Dumbell pullovers

Stretch 4: wide-grip dead hangs.

Using the exact same set-up you used for the wide-grip lat pulldowns (or pullups), perform dead-hangs where you just let the weights pull you apart, or you just hang from a bar with as wide a grip as you can without it being uncomfortable on the shoulder girdle (that could cause injury).

Perform this exercise as long as possible, this is another scenario where you can use lifting straps as fatigue doesn’t matter for this one, only the amount of force which is being applied to the shoulders

Ribcage

Minimalist routine:
1-stop using shampoo:
Now for stopping shampoo don’t go cold turkey, progressively cut down using shampoo day by day until you reach 1 time per month.
2-stop using other hair products: Hairstyling products, conditioners, etc.
3-avoid wetting your hair too much: wet down hair around 4 times a week.
4-avoid heat damage from the sun and hairstyling tools: Avoid being in the sun for too long because it will damage your hair badly. Wear caps Also hair styling tools will be your worst enemy.
5-avoid touching and playing with your hair too much
6.use a soft towel or cloth to dry your hair. Rubbing it with a towel can make it more vulnerable to breakage. Instead, use a towel or a cloth made of soft material. Pat the hair dry rather than rubbing it with the cloth.
7.Consider using a soft cap on your head. Especially for those who do not prefer wearing wigs, a turban or a cap on your head can be more comfortable (and fashionable, for others). You can also wear a soft cap at night to collect the falling hair.

Every morning and night hang your head over your bed. This will move a lot of blood into your head. Using the fingerpads on your fingers NOT THE NAILS, massage your scalp. Go in every direction, break it up, etc. Do this for around 3-5 minutes.

Coconut-oil (once a week):

Cold-pressed, 100% pure organic coconut oil, mix in a bit of castor oil too before using it, but coconut oil only is also fine.

  • 1 to 5 teaspoons of coconut oil (depending on hair length). Do not apply too much oil or it will be a pain to wash it out. The idea here is covering your hair in a thin layer of oil, not having it become a oily soaked mess.
  • A night-cap to keep your hair covered during the night.
  • A hair tie, hair pins, or anything you might need to use to tie your hair (if it doesn't stay put by itself).
  • A wide-toothed comb.
After you've washed your face and are done with your evening routine, before going to bed, go through the following steps.

De-tangling: Using your wide-toothed comb, thoroughly de-tangle your hair.

Wetting: Using lukewarm water, wet your hands and pass them through your hair. Just a little wet.

Applying coconut oil: Put one teaspoon of coconut oil in your hands, rub them together to heat it up, and gently apply it to your hair by working the oil in from the top to the ends. Coconut oil does not need to be applied directly to the scalp. You might find it easier to apply it if you work in sections, especially if you have long hair.

Massaging: Gently massage your scalp to improve blood circulation for around 5 minutes.

Securing it for the night: Tie it neatly (not tightly) and put your night-cap on. The night-cap will make sure the heat allows for better absorption and it will prevent you from leaving coconut oil on the bed and pillow

The morning after: wash your hair as you normally would. First, rinse the coconut oil off with warm/cool water (avoid a strong water jet: water needs to gently wash it out) working through your hair with your fingers. Then, apply shampoo (don't go overboard with shampoo or you'll negate the coconut oil's effects: apply shampoo to the SCALP, not to the HAIR LENGTHS. Shampoo does not need to stay on your scalp for long: after a minute or so, wash it out gently). Then, conditioner, and leave it on for 5 minutes. Wash it off gently once again, and finally dry your hair.

DO NOT JELQ/ kegels

Hink's youtube channel and must've watched 20-30 videos in two days. I think his PE content is pure gold. I purchased a penis pump ($20) :

and a phallosan forte ($400):

.
The routine I have come to over the last 3 months is pumping for 30minutes, no break (I personally can handle it and saw most growth this way but would reccomend starting with breaks) for girth + using phallosan for 4hours a day (most I can handle for wearing 3-4 days a week) or manual stretching for 30minutes when I dont wear phallosan.

  • I get myself to 100% erection, and then I stand up and do 1 rep and hold until I get near failure. I repeat a few times until I feel hint of muscle fatigue. I think it helps with girth too. Try feeling the top of the base of your dick before and after this exercise.
BOTB PENISMAXXING GUIDE @the BULL GTFIH 1" LENGTH .5" GIRTH INCREASE 1 YR MAYBE MORE

Pumps: Bathmate Hydromax (get this one, air pumps are GARBAGE)
Penis Extenders: (Andropenis, MaleEdge, Phallosan Forte)

Length

I do the stretching in the morning and then in the evening. I use the following stretches:
Hanging between cheeks (as light weight as needed to hit maximum flaccid length)
Bundled stretches
A-stretches

Bundled stretches are where you grab your dick with a reverse o-grip (so your thumb is pointed towards body) you then twist your dick around and turn your wrist so thumb is pointed away from you with ick in hand. This is pretty extreme but it pulls your inner dick out and stretches your outer dick.

A-stretches are when you stretch your dick over your other wrist. So pull your dick outward, get your other wrist under your dick and then pull penis around your other hand. This is how you get rid of or enhance curve of dick too (you go against curve.)

And I do vacuum hanging where you get a vacuum sleeve (just go on ebay) and a weight and you hang it.

I do the bundled stretches and a stretches until my dick is longer than it’s been. ( normally my flaccid is about 5.5 inches by about 4.5 inches now. I want it to be 6x5 flaccid because that’s bigger soft than most men are hard.) so I stretch from say 13cm to 16cm, and when I’ve got there, I’ll hang.

Bathmate
Slow squash jelqs

The bathmate I use a vacuum sleeve otherwise it hurts my balls like fuck. This means bathmate is also a length exercise.

With bathmate, the more the better basically if you do it right. It’s easy to use. Fill it with water in the shower or bath and then stick it on your dick and pump until it’s stuck on your body. Use a sleeve or it will hurt. Make sure you take it off if the pressure gets too much.

With bathmate, the first times you try it you’ll get loads of lactic fluid buildup and it’ll make your dick look like a doughnut. This is temporary. It’s not beneficial either. So I recommend making each “rep” of bathmate until you start to get the doughnut effect.

When you start bathmate, results will go down VERY quickly and you’ll be back to regular size within an hour or two. As you get it right and get into the routine, you keep the engorged state more.

Here’s a routine with all the elements:

1. Get up and in morning do bundled stretches and A stretches to get my dick long.
2. Then hang if I have time for 20 minutes or so to really get dick long
3. Put on sleeve and bathmate for 5-10 minutes in shower
4. If alone, then SSJ and another bathmate session
5. After bathmate, leave dick to relax a bit while I get dressed
6. Get a light weight vacuum sleeve and weight (1lb) and keep it on all day
7. During day, take sleeve off to piss and do some light A-stretches if dick doesn’t feel fatigued
8. Evening: A stretches before bed

Tretinoin use might contribute to subcutaneous fat loss (undereye area)
Too high dose Melanotan II might contribute to moles formation
Minoxidil fucks up my skin collagen
Finasteride use fucks up general skin appearance (Drier/Duller skin)
No physical, just chemical exfoliation. Physical can damage and too harsh
Many people are sufficient cleansing once in the evening (dry skin)

oxybenzone, octinoxate, homosalate, octisalate, octocrylene and avobenzone.
avoid all of them. Benzyl alcohol is by far the worst, most drying ingredient. Stay away from that, not just in sunscreens but moisturizers.

hyaluronic acid is a humectant, it should be applied with water or a moisturizer. It is pointless and counter productive to apply to dry skin and then cover with a sunscreen. It can pull water out your skin if you do that and prevent your sunscreen from creating a proper film as well if you go over it immediately.
double cleansing is of questionable benefit
The ideal cleanser is water based primarily (meaning the majority of the product consists of water.)
Oil cleansers are ass
Glycerin is also a plus.
'Acne control' cleansers containing ingredients like salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide are a scam and a waste of money.

BROKEN BARRIER FIX

Quit using all actives including tret. Moisturize heavily and only cleanse your face with water. At night, "slug" by covering your face with a barrier repair product such as Vaseline. Wait 1-2 weeks before slowly reintroducing active ingredients.

Sealing moisture.

Do it right after a shower or washing your face. Dont even pat your face dry.

LANOLIN wax since it acts as both a occlusive and a humectant. It pulls in moisture from the air and keeps it on the skin. Meaning, 1 product on your face after shower. Apply dime sized amount then let it unwax itself.

The only product i would recommend other than these cheap occulant of choice (Vaseline/lanolin/beef tallow), is a face steamer. And its the same principle of taking a long hot shower and applying a occulant afterwards. So if you already have lanolin or beef tallow on your skin, you can just steam your face and seal in that moisture without applying more product or having to reshower just to seal in the moisture again.

TRET

Pea sized blob of tret, sandwich method. Only apply at PM.
*Incorporate slowly, start with once per week and then add another day when you skin can tolerate it.*

Sleep

● 5:00 PM: Best time for physical activity

Do’s and don’ts

Do not watch TV, use the internet or work in bed.

Get exposure to blue light during the day
. 10AM-2PM are the most important hours to get blue light exposure and to be active.

Do not drink alcohol more than 3 to 4 hours prior to bedtime

Eat chicken/turkey and drinking hot milk as your last meal of the day at 6PM

Blue light screen filters and glasses (ideally 3 hours before sleeping)/ f.lux on computer

Ingesting salt tabs with water before bed
Avoid juices at night

Take a warm shower 1 to 2 hours before going to bed
.

Unwind in the evening. Do your more stressful tasks early in the day and aim to relax in the evening.
Get in bed one hour before you want to sleep : Listen to calm music, read a book, meditate and practice total relaxation and deep breathing for a few minutes before you go to bed.

Use earplugs
tape mouth
with vio2 tape

You need to wait a half hour after pm skincare so your skin and lips are as dry as possible for it to stick.

Nasal strips
Use an Alarm that slowly works up to waking you up

Make your room cold
: 16 to 19 Celsius.
Get blackout curtains and possibly an eye mask
Get a weighted blanket

Invest in a high-quality mattress
Avoid EMFs in your sleeping room

Wear gloves and socks

No underpants or trousers

When you are sleepy during the day, sunbathe outside the home, walk barefoot and sunbathe (try not to sleep)

Supplements :

● Magnesium Glycinate: Take 400mg before 1h bed.
● Ashwagandha: 500mg in the evening or before bed.
● L-Theanine: similar function to ashwagandha. 400mg before bed.

Reboot circadian rhythm:
Figure out what time you want to wake up. Now count back at least 16 hours from then. During that time frame, you need to fast... no food and minimal water. Crash out 8 hours prior to your new wake up time, then when you get up, have a decent sized breakfast.

The correct sleeping position

Overall, the best sleeping position to be in is by your side, more specifically on the left side, position a small pillow (or your own arm) supporting your neck and a body pillow between your legs to create hip balance.

"sleep and glow" pillow.
Or on the floor, with 2 yoga mats, 1 spread out on the floor and the other rolled up and put under your neck.

Napping
Short naps (20 to 35 minutes) could be optimal for alertness and cognitive performance

First thing you do after waking up, go to the window of your room, open it, and simply look at the sun - even if it is hidden behind clouds, looking at the sky would be sufficient.

If you do a bath, do not put on the light in the bath room. Light up a candle.

  • Technique: raise the side of the bed where you head is by 6 inches, supposedly letting your body handle waste easier and letting you have less nasal obstruction during sleep.

Elevate the part of your bed where you keep your head by 10-15cm. Two 10cm thick books, two slabs of wood, literally anything that can lift two of the legs of your bed up is all you need.

  • Have 1 and half a cup of milk + resveratrol when waking up in the middle of the night.

  • Salt water, pickle juice

Focused meditation 17 minutes a day

Breath/Oral hygiene

Diet

Debloating:

Pro Tips:

Get rid of hair long term (https://www.healthline.com/health/how-to-remove-hair-permanently#hair-removal-options)

If you happen to have a bad day and eat like a normie (seed oils, flour etc.), a good way to clear your system quite effectively is to have a primal bath; 42°C, add skim milk, ACV and salt - bathe for 45 mins if you want the toxins that you acquired that day to be released (also the heavy metals), or 1.5 hours if you want like a good months worth of toxins to be expelled (it’s mainly via lymphatic drainage).

Diet

Reducing endotoxins, avoid anything that slows digestions, causes gas, bloating - gluten, commercial dairy, processed food, starches etc.

Eat raw carrots with coconut oil (carrots are anti-estrogenic, coconut oil anti-fungal etc), bamboo shoots, white button mushrooms and cascara Sagrada. All of these will help with reducing gut endotoxins.

  • Have 1 and half a cup of milk + resveratrol when waking up in the middle of the night.

you have to pick the things that give you 80% of results. no mortal is implementing all of this ( i know that's not your intention here, it's a good collection of info )
You can I just listed everything related to softmaxxing. Of course there is diminushing returns but the goal is to implement as much as possible. We have more time on our hands than we think these days we're just terribly organised
