In terms of dating life, life in gerneral, and diversity.

It depends on what you are looking for as a black man. The west coast, specifically the LA metro region, is very good for black men looking to date out of their race. LA has the highest interracial marriage rates which shows that other ethnic groups are more likely to date black men compared to other regions. In other areas black people tend to date each other and interracial parings are less common.
