In adults vitamin D deficiency leads to softening of the bones.

Could this make them more malleable to bonesmash chad tier bones? :hnghn:

It works, I've tried it. Google Wolff's law.
Post before and after. It makes sense in theory but I've seen not a single transformation that isn't clearly just from losing fat.

No. Besides, my results were minor; since I did it for some weeks.

But wouldn't vitamin D deficiency prevent the bones from healing/growing? The point of bonesmashing is to cause the bones to grow in mass, not move them.

I know the law but haven't seen any results from anyone.
I've seen noticeable results in my wrists (left shit, right adapted over load) tbh, also fat people get thicker leg bones, look it up

I didn't say I bonesmashed my wrists.
Wolff's Law states that your bones will adapt based on the stress or demands placed on them.
In other words, Wolff's law: bone adapts when put under pressure.

I had a knee problem after finished growing, so when I was sitting down (I used to sit down a lot) I used my right arm like this; still do but I sit down less often

Note that I'm left handed, and use my left hand the most yet my right wrist is noticeably larger. Chewing in theory can also give you Wolff's law results, if done extensively, it's simple science.

There's nothing debatable about it like, say, mewing and CCW rotation after 25, etc.

Get a weighted vest for ankles (see f] part)

And do clap push ups so that you put stress on your forearm bones and then weighted vest push ups, etc. I've seen several users claim they got bigger wrists with bonesmashing but I don't recommend it so do that instead.

Get a jaw training thing to chew

I heard a guy broke his teeth because he chewed and got so strong jaw muscles.

Should ı do this 30 minutes a day or 1 hour, and should ı leave a resting day?

Just do the weighted vest clap push ups, 5 mins a day.

Better stress your wrist not bonesmash.

Do you have any methods that ı can do at home?
Yeah. Do u have a dumbell where u can add or remove weight? Remove all weight, take a barbell bar, and start to rotating it using hand, u should start feeling wrist pressure quite quickly. U can also just move bar up and down, but combine with rotating. The key is amount of reps not weight, but you can eventually add more. I am doing those execrises as forearm workout, but defenetly feel strong wrist pressure. Did this for 2 weeks on daily basis, wrists didnt got bigger to the point that I notice it, but forearms defenetly did
