outdoor exposure likely has additional benefits to oral

you can only make it in the skin when the UV index is 3 or above

getting shirtless exposure or even near naked exposure is ideal for giving u prehistoric chimp t levels. caveat: if ur incel this will increase ur incelrage

sunlight helps with certain aspects of nerve function but yes i've personally experienced how brutal photoging can be. vitamin d researchers recommend about 1/4-1/3 of a sunburning dose for optimal vit d without photoaging
