We need a seperate forum for heightmaxxing

Seems to be a lot of people asking questions and making threads which is just annoying a large amount of the community that isn't interested in heightmaxxing.
If we don't add a seperate forum we need to make and pin a thread explaining the basics to heightmaxxing and some cycles to clear up a lot of unnessisary threads and questions.
