Usually I just throw together a crappy assortment of things like toast with peanutbutter, some grapes/bananas/strawberries or something and some juice or something. Some snacks as well like roasted salted peanuts, something chocolate maby.
I want to improve my breakfast/lunch (I don't eat either on college days, only weekends where I eat a mix of it in one meal). Would you recommend omelettes or something? I'm pretty fucking skinny so it'd be handy.
