what are the most important excersises to do at home to maintain muscle when cutting (no weights , only 10kg dumbell but thats it)

lockdown is going to take longer here in the netherlands and i am just done with bulking for now so i just want to cut to 10-12% and maintgain forever from there looking at photos from oct till jan is suefuel tbh leanest:

I got one of those doorway pull up bars, and I love it. For $60 you can get a really sturdy one.

Get a pair of adjustable dumbbells that can hold more than just 10 kg each

even in a gym setting maintaining muscle is really hard while cutting, can only be minimized with a sound training approach

so it's not going to happen sorry

Of course it will, the fat you put on just isn't enough

Takes a lot of time for the fat to be noticeable

You seem to yo yoing alot, stick to one thing bro

If you keep going from bulk to cut to bulk to cut that's not good, since you said gyms aren't open maybe cut until you dedicate yourself to a lean bulk

Yeah i am indeed yoyoing alot now my gym is open but outside so i am going to go there 3/4 Times a week to maintain muscle when cutting
