What can you do about microplastics and hormons in food and water? I thought about starting to only drink tab water. It's clean where I live, but I don't really trust the government. Are those water filters save? I have one, but it makes the water taste weird.

And what am I supposed to do about all the hormones in food? Or all the additives in food? Even when I buy fucking bread there is a bunch of bullshit in it.
