what is the best way to lose face fat

i wanna know how what is the best way to lose body fat while preserving or preferably maintaining muscle mass i want to lean out my face and reveal some bonemass ive been on a caloric deficit and i only get depleted and shrink in size and lose little to no fat if anyone has tips thank you

If you want to target face fat, there's fat dissolvers and Ultrasound Cavitation.

Losing overall body fat is simple, isn't it? Just cut while eating high protein and working out to maintain muscle mass and make sure you lose fat instead of muscle (simple, not easy).

Of course I may be wrong: I barely know anything about gymcelling, so I'm willing to be corrected in case what I said above was iqlet BS.

everything you said was correct and i did that but im telling you i only got depleted got smaller and weaker

That's normal.

You'll lose strength.

If you're eating less, you'd also be eating less carbs, meaning you have less energy to fuel your workouts.

Also cutting carbs leads to you shedding water weight, and water weight makes your muscles look fuller.

just eat less slop and move more and you are bound to lose some weight , make sure your still hypertrophy training tho or you will lose muscle and just look skinny fat

How long were you in the defecit? It’s super common to start cutting and looking like shit for 1-3 months.

I've heard Lipovela mogs them all, lemon bottle's alright for small changes tryna mitigate the bloating afterward.
