What should I do about low T

I probably have low testosterone.
I am 16 and I can go days without really needing to Jack off, while before it was totally different.
I get enough vitamin D and I go to the gym so it is probably genetic.
I am gonna try to go check it out but they probably won’t prescribe me with anything unless I am in a critical condition.
It’s also one of the places where roids are the most illegal so it’s almost impossible to get access to

But at the same time I have a shit ton of body hair, I am tall and I have a pretty good physique so idk what I should think

Well I mean some of them are kinda hard to know, but as I said I have a lot of body hair and no erectile disfunction or anything like that and idk if my mood has gone down anymore than is normal

I would but my country has one of the strictest laws for it and stop anything coming from outside the country. And I mean they really open packages at a slight chance of it being anything illegal. But I am gonna try to ask around and try to get something from inside the country

Fat is very important for T, cholesterol is literally the building block.

Eggs, dairy, fatty meat/fish, olive oil, all good stuff for T.

Should i just take a few spoons of olive oil a day? I already eat a few eggs a week and a decent amount of meat. There won’t be any side effects to it right? Cus I heard it’s easy to get too much with olive oil

bread will interfere with the absorption of nutrients and nuke your T if your gut can't handle it, so do alot of vegetables and nuts

eat alot of red meat liver shellfish egg yolks dairy fruits honey

forgot to add the bread you buy at the grocery store and almost any processed non natural food you can find is made with seed oils avoid at all costs

Go to the gym and lift heavy weights. Eat a high protein, high fat/cholesterol, moderate carb diet. Try to compete in sports a lot.

In terms of legal supplements, tongkat ali and fadogia agrestis are really good. Online reviews show bloodwork with clear increases in T. I've taken both and can vouch for them.

I eat probably 10 slices of bread with peanutbutter or cheese a day, which probably is way too much but I really don’t have anything better to eat as I am a broke ass teen. Also why should I avoid bread made with seed oils? Thanks for the good advice btw

Few eggs a week? Come on man, get some decent fat and protein daily. Don’t be worried about fat, you need a good amount, unless you’re literally guzzling oil you’re fine.

Before you think about injecting T here’s some advice:
- Wait until you’re 18
- Balanced diet with protein, carbs AND fats
- Get enough vitamin D, Zinc and magnesium.
- Regular weight training
- Good sleep

But it’s like the opposite for me, even if I have the perfect chance I just can’t bother with it. Which kinda makes me worry about my t levels
