Already booking a hair transplant to lower hairline

Would like to book rhino to make bulb slightly smaller and fix deviated septum

Thinking of getting a CCW Bimax but not sure if it would help

Zygo implants would be a good idea but my face has too much downwards growth and would look unbalanced

Also one of my main problems are the dark circles which arr really permanently there, give me a permanent tired and sad look except if I’m tanned. I basically look decent only if I’m smiling

Glabbela cheek bones your have a shit philtrum bloat around cheeks you have downward growth and a short jaw bone fixed with ccw rotation short ramus you can do with provided it is forward grown and the angle is good so your not utterly doomed

as I see it my cheeks fall down in the premasseteric area due to shit undereye support, creating the bloated look which is not actual bloat and together with the undereye hollowness and tear trough deformity. Could an endoscopic midfacial lift be a solution?
