What's a good routine for the Bathmate? (PEcels gtfih)

I bought a chinkmate from Aliexpress and it should get here in another week. What's a good routine for it? I hear a lot of varying information. I sort of figured out what to do with hanging (sets of 55 minutes with a 5 min break for a total of 1 hr, using heating pad before and after and sometimes during). Would MWF/3 days a week be good? I don't want to overdo it with the pumping. I have an air pump but it sucks and I feel like the added warmth of the water would make things more pleasant.
