You can cry about how you didn't choose your height, how dermarolling and minox isn't growing hair. But if you don't look like you lift, it's because you don't lift. And a lot of guys on this site will never consistently follow through with any of their looksmaxing plans

I notice every time I see a physique on here, it's either a horrible physique from a guy who is coping, or it's an average physique from a guy who says he's jacked af. I think very very few people here are actually jacked

You actually don't. Two of my best friends are natty and jacked as fuck. They look better than most examples of steroid users people on here find, and EVERYONE here would say they're fake natties if they saw them. I know they aren't because we're lifelong friends, they know of my past steroid use, and I frequently pressure them to use dbol

Takes an amount of consistency and effort that most on here will never give though

yeah max 2800 calories a day and not missing a gym session i will gain some fat but easily gone after a cut , better get to my endgoal body before 21 so i just need to maintain it and stay lean the whole year

do a test and ask your doc to prescribe trt for you, heart monitoring is included, so even if you go bald, you probably won't die because of it

Nothing suggests their genetics are that great, and bodybuilders with actually good genetics looked waaay better as young natty teenagers even. I've known these guys since we were 11, and they had totally average physiques

Anyone who says "I can't do this without genes/steroids" is coping, unless they've truly truly put in years of consistent effort themselves

Most people half ass and train 3 times a week I recommend at least 6 times you can technically train 7 days a week.
Push to failure on almost every set and beyond failure with dropsets and assisted reps. At least 5 hard sets for a muscle group per workout.

Mon: Chest and Triceps + Abs/corework
Tues: Back Biceps
Wed: Shoulders and Legs + Abs/corework
Thrus: Chest and Tris
Fri: Back and Bis + Abs/corework

Sun: rest day or hit lagging bodyparts

Diet
1-2g of protein per pound of bodyweight

100% right. Although for noobs, I like to simplify it even further, to help them focus on what truly matters instead of overwhelming them in to indecision

1) Lift. Any somewhat legit routine is fine, just lift and don't skip

2) Sleep. More is better, but just prioritize getting enough

3). Food. Make sure your protein is relatively high, and make sure you are counting your calories


Truly it's that simple. You can get so far with just this, without obsessing over any details or worrying about supplements

Some mk677 (25ml a day), Test (250mg actually 100-200 is safer a week), and maybe some dbol or hcg with all that would be good enough imo

You don't need to

Really, you need to hit each muscle group twice a week, and you need to get 3-6 sets in per major muscle group. You can do this pretty efficiently with 4 workouts per week, or if you're really pressed for time, full body twice a week compounds only with some facepulls

Sarms bro, they wont shutdown you, you can even use SERMs throughout the cycle and maintain or even in some cases increase T levels. These bodies are achievable with sarms within a few cycles
