Will your palate narrow back down after not using a palate expander for a few months?

You need consolidation time after the expansion is complete. Otherwise, the hormesis process of your body will try to revert the change.

Yeah I'm Not really worried about palatal width as I am buccal corridors and mouth width, will this effect mouth width? I thought I gained 1-2mms of mouth width but that could just me wanting to believe in it.
