For some reason, his face looks insanely chiseled in his webcam videos but in his other videos he looks bloated and does not really mog Brett.

I do not believe this drug-induced psychosis will have any lasting or permanent change on his brain chemistry. He will be institutionalized for a bit and he will soon go back to normal. He might have some pre-disposition for hypomania/mania which could explain this severe reaction to this plant-based psychedelic.
