You can add one inch to dick size and subtract one inch from height or vice versa - what do u do?

It’s not a viable option for most people here honestly and I don’t want to post my dick size but looking back on it now actually sacrificing 3 inches wouldn’t be a bad idea either to reach glorious 6’5 height

I can understand u complaining about height if ur 6'2 since that's average nowadays, but 6'3 and above and you shut your mouth and be grateful to god for it.
also, you can easily reach 6'5 by frauding like I do
