If you don't dip, you can multiply your flat bench press by 1.2-1.25 to get a rough estimate of how much you could conceivably dip (bodyweight + added weight). Also, I recommend you do dips, at least as an assistance movement, though it's definitely not an inferior choice as a main lift.
