Hello, not sure how many will share, but lets share the favorite before and after surgery photos of people around, so we can get an idea what are the possibilities and limitations. To me, I think this guy is supreme. He had weird beta face. He got a nice jawline and beard transplant along with rhino, now he might be somewhat appealing to some women. Also, he doesn't look over the top. Still looks human.

Damn.. those are some great photos for motivation. I see that having Caucasian features is supreme. Once I reach my weight goal, I will Caucasianmaxxing.
