Zygo implants result with Pagnoni

Some time ago I had bimax + genio + undereye and zygomatic arch implant with Pagnoni.
Below is result but keep in mind this includes large amounts of swelling from bimax and relatively high body fat.
My thoughts at the moment are - it is less prominent than Saiyan's but also looks natural, my face definitely seems fuller overall (he proposed implant due to hypoplasia if I remember correctly).
I may create a thread for bimax result but I am still quite swollen though

ahh grey I was like you once searching for answers to see if there were real changes without botched results. I came to the conclusion that most cheek area modifications for men will look uncanny and not good.

might give accurate instant results but long term will look gay af since it will bloat and migrate. only improvement you can do is leftort with maybe minor implants to that you acheive max volume change without too much foreign pars inserted. But most dudes woin't go through that.

lf 2 or 3 for cosmetic reason is unachievable even if you wanted to , realistically you can do either implants or fat for midface and hope you don't get botched

Useless surgery. Imagine dreaming about well projected zygos when you're bug eyed recessed incel. Most of you aren't even zygoless. Everyone should focus on fixing jaw and eyes before undegoing other surgeries that aren't that important (zygo implants, otoplasty, rhinoplasty etc.)
