Mate just do a 3x a week Push/Pull/Leg split, will literally be 100x better than this routine you made.

contrary to belief, 3x a week PPL is slightly more effective, if not more effective than 4-6x a week PPL.

Pull ups, lateral raises and push ups or bench are enough for a body like that

Ronaldo does weighted push ups with someone on his back and pull ups from what I've seen and lots of core work I'm not sure If he does the same routine always
