Hello Mr. Gandy, I am one of your biggest fans from Mumbai. I am sending this email for one reason only, and please dont think Im a schizophrenic. Have you had your thyroid labs checked? Im sure you have the best physicians and nutritionists in the world looking after you, but the thing is many people have a thyroid disease and are not diagnosed simply because the government only cares about the end stages of a disease and not about optimal perfomance. I studied from Dr. Ray Peat PHD and am a thyroid specialist who can guide you if your labs are fine, the reason why I believe you have thyroid malfunction is because your outer eyebrows were always thin and since you were fat in your teens and had to starvemax to get thin, I believe your underlying thyroid disfunction was not fixed and that you put more stress on your body by starving too hard.
