No point in talking about non native accents since they're a giga failo and just make you sound uneducated/low iq.
Native English speaker accents mogg any and all foreign accents so hard to the point where it's just embarrassing to hear anything else.
Accentmaxxing is giga underrated since it's impossible to sound high class without a native accent, so non native accents aren't even worth discussing tbh ngl.
It should also without saying that everyone here probably already speaks [or is at least proficient enough in] English to some degree otherwise you wouldn't even be able to read this Jfl.
Accents from Southern England/RP and General American are what most English speakers should aim for when accentmaxxing regardless of whether they're native or not tbh. The former [RP] is poshy af innit while the latter [GA] is very neutral and educated/high IQ.
